I liked that you had mentioned that when renting equipment that it's very important to follow all of the terms and try to avoid making payments late. My father has recently wanted help flattening some ground around his home and he's asked me and a few of my siblings to help him, although we don't really have the right equipment. We might have to look into hiring equipment to make sure that we can handle the job a lot easier.

My girlfriend and I are looking to rent an apartment right when we finish this semester, so we need expert advice. Thanks for the advice about being the tenant who maintains the place clean as if we were the owners. We will follow your suggestions when we find the right place so we can make the best out of it.

My daughter and her husband are looking for homes for rent in Jacksonville, NC. I liked when you recommended being the tenant who pays early rather than late to establish good trust with whomever you're renting from. When they find a place to rent, I'll remind them about this tip to help them build trust with their landlord.

Thank you for helping me to understand that it is a good idea to read the lease thoroughly when you are going to rent an apartment. It would be important to know what terms are on a lease so that you don't accidentally break a rule. Breaking a rule that is on a lease can result in large fines or even eviction.
